This Privacy Policy applies to Paytrance, a payment product operated by Rel Paytech Private Limited ("Rel Paytech", "we", "us", "our"), registered at Office No. 405, S. No. 30/1A, DNK Square, Vadgaon Sheri, Pune City, Pune, Maharashtra, 411014, India (CIN: [CIN Number]). It covers merchants who use Paytrance to accept payments, and the customers of those merchants whose payment data passes through our systems.

2. Information we collect

• Business and KYC information provided at onboarding: entity details, PAN, GST, IEC, bank account details, authorised signatory identity documents.
• Transaction data: payer and payee details, amounts, currencies, invoice references.
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, and log data generated when you use our dashboard or APIs.
• Communications: support tickets, emails, and call recordings where applicable.

3. How we use this information

• To process collections, payouts and settlements you initiate.
• To perform KYC, AML and sanctions screening as required by applicable law.
• To generate account statements and transaction documentation.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to maintain the security of our systems.
• To communicate with you about your account, and, where you've agreed, about new products.

4. Who we share it with

We share information with our banking partners, payment networks, KYC verification providers, and regulators or law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain transaction and KYC records for the period required under applicable law (currently a minimum of [X] years from the date of transaction or account closure), and delete or anonymise data thereafter unless a longer period is required by law.
