1. About Paytrance

Paytrance is a payment collection and technology platform operated by Rel Paytech Private Limited ("Rel Paytech", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Office No. 405, S. No. 30/1A, DNK Square, Vadgaon Sheri, Pune City, Pune, Maharashtra, 411014, India (CIN: [CIN Number]).

2. Eligibility

Paytrance is available to businesses and individuals who complete our KYC process and meet applicable eligibility criteria under law. We may decline or discontinue service to any merchant at our discretion, including on compliance grounds.

3. Description of services

Paytrance provides: cross-border payment collection, import and vendor payouts, domestic payment acquiring (UPI, cards, net banking), FX conversion, and associated reporting services.

Fees are as set out on our Pricing page or in your commercial agreement with us, and may be updated with prior notice.

6. Settlement

Settlement timelines (e.g. T+1) are targets based on standard processing conditions and may vary due to banking cut-offs, holidays, or compliance holds required for AML/sanctions screening.

7. Fraud, AML & sanctions

We reserve the right to hold, delay, or decline any transaction that our fraud, AML or sanctions-screening systems flag for review, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rel Paytech's liability for any claim arising from use of Paytrance is limited to the fees paid by the merchant for the transaction(s) giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rel Paytech against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the merchant agreement with notice as specified in the commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of suspected fraud or breach of applicable law.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the complaint resolution process described in our Support & Complaint Resolution Policy.
